Nordic Biomass has a running
development and production of new
machinery for SRC. The two most
recent concepts has been built in
cooperation with partners abroad and
today, the latest harvester model
has been sold to both Ireland and
France.
Harvesters are built both trailed
and selfpropelled, for wholerod
harvesting and direct chipping.
This depending on the requirements
prescribed for the end product.
Direct chipping produces a material
which is difficult to store and
therefore only the ideal solution
where you have direct delivery to
the end user. Whole rod gives you
the opportunity to store the whole
rods in the field and to chip the
material when it has the desired
percentage of moisture and is ideal
for storage.
